Heart 'n' Soul Coaching is giving yourself permission to “experience the essence of who you are” in this moment in time. This is not about fixing your past to fix the problem. That would be therapy and this is not a therapy session. Coaching is about learning to understand that sometimes we have to be open to being uncomfortable in order for us to take action in our life. Often times we become so comfortable that we just sit back and let life go by, knowing that we are not happy and yet unwilling, in our mind, to make changes. New ideas and inspiration will come forth. We are ever evolving humans. It is just a matter of giving yourself the gift to slow down and find YOU. You are the amazing journey. Our sessions will teach and guide you through the process of listening to, trusting and loving YOU.
